How Do I Place An Order?

Placing an order is as easy as selecting the items you would like in the SHOP section of the website, adding them to your cart and proceeding to the checkout.
 

What Postage Options Are Available?

Mack & Co Designs offers Regular and Express postage options within Australia.

Please CONTACT US for a quote on International shipping. Mack & Co Designs is not responsible for any Import and Duty Taxes or any other charges.

Please note, Mack & Co Designs does not accept responsibility for the loss or damage of items during transit. We suggest selecting the postage option that includes INSURANCE for added peace of mind.

How Long Will My Order Take to Arrive?

Orders are usually processed within 2-3 business days (weekends not included), this timeframe does not apply to orders containing MTO (made to order) products which will have a minimum 5-7 business day turnaround. Please keep in mind that as we are on the road a fair bit, this can affect order processing times. If you require your order by a certain date, please contact us before completing checkout. Please note, that selecting the 'Express' postage option does not mean express processing on your order. 

Do You Offer Wholesale?

We do not offer wholesale.

 Faulty Items & General Wear

In most cases we do not replace items that have become damaged due to misuse or general wear and tear.
We do offer a repair service for some jewellery items depending on the level of damage*. Costs may apply depending on the item. Please note: Mack & Co Designs is not responsible for postage fees on any returned items. 
Should you receive a faulty item upon arrival, please contact us immediately so we can rectify for you. If you are unsure, please don't hesitate to send us an email and we will assist you where we can.
